1. By completing the application to be a member of Ecotourism NZ operators or industry participants need to agree with Ecotourism NZ principles and that the operator is involved in:
2. Ecotourism NZ reserves the right to edit any content and to use any photographs and content supplied on the web site for educational and promotion of Ecotourism in New Zealand
3. Ecotourism NZ has the right to refuse operators to list on the web site if they do not fulfil ecotourism principles and values. Ecotourism NZ is not bound to give any reason for such decisions.
4. All directly listings must be pre-paid in full for one year for $125 inc GST. Payment is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. A GST receipt will be issued on receipt of payment.
5. Every effort will be made to ensure directory listings are published within three days of receipt of payment. Ecotourism NZ accepts no liability for any loss occasioned by omission, error or misplacement of listings or photographs.
